Ensure rigorous research governance through 100% attendance and substantive contribution in proposal presentations doctoral committee (DC) meetings reviews and thesis evaluations. Engage learners proactively through structured mentoring supervisory meetings workshops and capability-building sessions. Maintain continuous academic oversight ensuring learners are supported challenged and guided effectively. Develop curate and maintain high-quality academic resources to support coursework delivery early-stage research and learner engagement. All resources must meet strict academic standards and enhance research readiness. Collaborate with Social Media and Business Development teams to drive innovative student recruitment and prospective learner engagement initiatives. Coordinate and collaborate effectively with senior supervisors academic peers LMS Support Marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless learner support and uninterrupted progression.
