We are looking for a Sales Executive to deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing enquiries from first contact through to successful order completion. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp email phone calls and other sales channels. Guide customers through the purchasing journey and recommend products best suited to their needs brand or project. Prepare quotations process orders and follow up to close sales. Coordinate with the design team to organise mockups and artwork approvals. Liaise with production and operations to ensure orders are completed and delivered on time. Maintain excellent service levels by meeting response time targets (SLAs) and proactively updating customers throughout their order. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Accurately manage customer information quotations orders and follow-ups within the CRM or sales system. Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure a smooth end-to-end ordering experience.
