What You Will Do (The Mission) You will be the growth engine behind Immie's global launch turning our existing video content and adverts into a viral and highly profitable sales machine. Launch & Scale Campaigns Build launch and manage high-impact paid and organic campaigns across TikTok Instagram and YouTube. Drive Viral Hype Leverage our existing high-quality video content to hack the algorithms create viral moments and build massive anticipation and demand. Obsess Over Conversions This role is about direct-response sales. You will measure results daily optimize ad spend A/B test creatives and drive down Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to ensure every ad dollar brings a return. Own the Metrics Track analyze and report on key performance indicators (ROAS CTR CPA) to ensure we are hitting our aggressive e-commerce sales targets.
