About the role We are looking for persuasive and result-driven telecalling Sales Executives to convert leads into successful sales. In this role you will engage with potential customers over calls clearly communicate the value of our services and guide them through the decision-making process. Your goal will be to convert inquiries into clients thereby increasing the company's sales revenue. Specifically this role will involve ● Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company. ● Clearly explain the product/service features benefits and pricing. ● Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. ● Follow up with interested leads through calls WhatsApp or email until closure. ● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. ● Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales in CRM or tracking sheets. ● Ensure a positive customer experience from first contact to final sale.
