Job Summary High-visibility launch role at an AI-driven digital marketing startup. Postgraduate marketing major. Use AI tools for end-to-end marketing content social and advertising. Fast-paced role with founder-level exposure and equity upside. Responsibilities Create and manage content across channels using generative AI (social posts long-form landing pages ad copy creative briefs). Manage social media accounts end-to-end: calendar posting community engagement growth experiments reporting. Plan build and optimize paid advertising campaigns (search social display) using AI-assisted creative and targeting. Design and execute AI-first marketing campaigns with prompt engineering and automated variant testing. Build and maintain marketing automation RAG and no-code integration workflows. Instrument campaigns track KPIs and deliver concise data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with product bizdev and leadership on go-to-market strategy and client deliverables. Own projects from brief to measurable outcome and document learnings for scale. Minimum Qualifications Major in Marketing (required). Postgraduate student or recent graduate preferred. Demonstrable coursework or projects in digital marketing social media advertising or analytics. Familiarity or strong interest in LLMs prompt design and marketing automation. Strong written communication and analytic rigor. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Remote work discipline and reliable internet access. Nice to Have Hands-on with marketing automation platforms ad managers or no-code integration tools (e.g. Zapier n8n). Portfolio of social campaigns or paid ad results.
