The successful candidate will work closely with Product Platform Solutions Client Solutions regional business leaders International Marketing & Communications team members and the U.S. Product Marketing Team to ensure iCapital’s products solutions and capabilities are effectively brought to market outside the U.S. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires a strong understanding of financial services wealth management and private markets. Key Responsibilities Product & Go-to-Market Strategy Develop and execute go-to-market plans for products solutions and platform capabilities. Partner with Client Solutions Product and regional leadership to translate business priorities into actionable marketing strategies. Support the international launch and adoption of new offerings ensuring clear and differentiated positioning. Audience Marketing & Campaigns Develop audience-led marketing programs targeting wealth managers banks and advisors. Drive regional campaigns thought leadership initiatives webinars content programs and event-related marketing activities. Partner with U.S.-based Demand Generation and Digital teams to optimize engagement and audience growth. As Head of Japan you will help build and drive iCapital’s strategy and growth in one of the world’s largest and most sophisticated wealth markets. Joining the International Client Solutions team you will build the client franchise in Japan lead the local business and bring institutional-quality private markets solutions to Japanese investors as a part of iCapital’s international expansion strategy. Responsibilities Support the Head of Asia Pacific in formulating and executing the business strategy for Japan. About the Role iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join its Fund Finance team focusing on private capital feeder fund accounting and administration. This hands-on role will work closely with third-party administrators fund sponsors clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely accounting investor reporting and operational deliverables. Responsibilities Partner with third‑party administrators to ensure timely completion of monthly valuations accurate general ledger entries and investment valuations in accordance with fair value accounting principles. Review fund expenses and accruals against approved annual budgets identify variances or outliers and propose appropriate adjustments. Review investor allocations to ensure profits losses and fees are calculated in accordance with partnership operating agreements. Review and approve cash movements and reconcile data between iCapital systems and external service providers. Review and approve capital activity notifications and statements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve accounting or reporting discrepancies. Monitor compliance with governing fund documents and escalate issues as appropriate. Serve as a primary Fund Finance contact for fund sponsors responding to inquiries and communicating key deliverables timelines and dependencies. Manage team deliverables and promote accountability operational excellence and continuous process improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. At least five years of experience in fund accounting fund operations asset management or a related financial-services role. Big Four accounting or audit experience is a plus.
