Having an adequate understanding of relevant rules regulations codes and guidelines and being fully conversant with the Company’s Safety Management System. Monitoring all communication systems (Including/performing Daily Weekly and Monthly GMDSS Tests). Translate essential ship documents—including the Daily Planner menus letters and onboard materials—to facilitate clear communication. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.   Requirements   Experience Previous experience in administrative roles preferably within hospitality or cruise industry. Language Skills Fluent in English (spoken and written) additional languages are an advantage. Organizational Skills Strong ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize workload and maintain structured documentation. Attention to Detail High level of accuracy in handling records reports and administrative processes. Communication Skills Clear and professional communication with all levels of staff and departments. System Proficiency Comfortable working with digital systems reporting tools and office software. Problem-Solving Ability to identify issues and ensure timely resolution through proper coordination. Adaptability Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dynamic shipboard environment. Team Collaboration Strong teamwork skills supporting coordination across the department and with other teams. Customer Awareness Understanding of how administrative accuracy and efficiency impact guest satisfaction. Professional Conduct Maintains integrity discretion and confidentiality at all times.   Documentation Requirements  Valid Passport Valid Seaman’s Book STCW Certification Documentation related to the position    Contract length 6 months on/ 2 months off Embarkation as soon as possible. ➡ ➡
