Job Description This role will build and lead a new team of analysts focused on driving top-line growth and bottom-line profitability for the National General brand through strategic distribution partnerships. The team will deliver actionable insights support cross-functional initiatives and execute strategic projects aligned with CW’s growth objectives. This role does not have direct reports to begin with but will grow to between 1 and 3 analysts in the first 6 months. Key Responsibilities Develops and organizes a suite of national account monthly and quarterly reporting to analyze and understand key account performance Monitors top and bottom-line results for roughly 25 key distribution partners Partners with Sales team members to ensure coordination and communication of ongoing initiatives both internally and externally Hires and leads a team of resources ensuring work is aligned to department goals and monitors and communicates performance Analyzes data and implements product and underwriting changes with guidance to meet expectations for profitability conservation refinement and geographic expansion of existing business and implementation of any new product structures Communicates and coordinates state and product efforts with IT Sales Compliance Marketing Finance and other areas both within the division and throughout the enterprise Please Note: While in-office days are not required there is a preference for the ability to occasionally work in a Chicagoland (Downtown or Northbrook) office Skills: Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong verbal and written communicator Ability to interact with senior executives of external partners Personal Lines (Auto and Homeowners Insurance) knowledge Working knowledge or ability and desire to learn SQL Education: 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience: 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has supervisory duties.
