This role will focus on the development and optimization of Laserfiche as an enterprise content management solution. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT the BSA will translate business needs into functional solutions lead requirements gathering and ensure successful deployment of ECM tools. This position offers a primarily remote work arrangement with limited travel (domestic and international) for key meetings and site visits. Essential Functions: Requirements Elicitation - Ability to identify a desired future state that addresses a business problem. · Configure and administer ECM products like collaboration file sharing imaging and workflow tools · Strong knowledge of metadata usage and search efficiencies · Effectively use interviewing skills to elicit identify and document business requirements · Precisely and consistently captures business problem · Prioritize requirements to identify the most critical needs · Uncover needs and value drivers that business partners and end users would not be able to articulate on their own · Articulate and incorporates extensive business knowledge into requirements · Obtain agreement and confirms understanding by clearly interpreting business requirements to business stakeholder Requirements Management and Analysis -
