What You'll Do: Be the Expert: Critically evaluate AI-generated financial models forecasts and reports for business relevance and accuracy. Stress-Test & Refine: Calibrate and audit AI-driven scenario analyses budgeting simulations and variance reports to ensure they are financially sound. Ensure Precision: Review and improve AI-produced strategic plans and financial documents embedding real-world domain knowledge. Drive Innovation: Collaborate with leading AI researchers and product teams providing the expert feedback needed to build more reliable and powerful financial tools. What You'll Bring: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in high-impact finance roles (FP&A Strategic Finance Corporate Finance Treasury). Deep expertise in financial modeling variance analysis budgeting and forecasting. Mastery of corporate financial planning processes KPIs and decision-making frameworks. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. An MBA CPA CFA or CMA is highly valued. Exceptional ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Logistics & Compensation: High-Impact Pay: $80–$100 USD per hour based on experience. Performance Incentives: Earn an additional $20–$100 per hour in weekly performance bonuses.
