About the Role As a Junior Sales Operations Associate you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our sales team helping to ensure data accuracy streamline processes and provide frontline support for our sales technology stack. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations this is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is highly organized detail-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced mission-driven environment. What You’ll Do: Build scrub and format large datasets for batch processes and system loads. Document sales processes and create user-friendly guides for: Managing Leads and Opportunities Documenting Key Sales Data Navigating the Sales Process Quoting Procedures The Right Fit: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1–3 years of professional experience in a sales operations sales support or related role Proficiency with tools such as: Salesforce.com Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator Outreach Gong Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and a natural curiosity to learn and improve processes Excellent communication and collaboration skills At this point we hope you're feeling excited about the job description you're reading.
