As our Engineering Manager you’ll identify true user pain points (not backlog noise) design focused sprint plans and orchestrate engineers and AI automations to ensure that the most critical work ships first—on time high-quality and with measurable impact. This isn’t about shuffling tickets—it’s about disciplined execution that turns insight into real results. What You’ll Manage We are a fast-growing AI and software consultancy partnering with companies in finance retail and education. In this role you will: Translate complex business problems into clear actionable tasks Lead an AI-first engineering team and integrate AI automation into daily workflows Manage multiple projects across industries and time zones Ship releases that raise the bar for quality and client impact The Engineering Manager We’re Looking For We need someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work closely with developers. Every deliverable you own will be tested verified and polished before it ships. Requirements: Professional English proficiency (weekly client calls required) Experience in startup environments 3+ years of experience leading agile software engineering teams Background in software development Hands-on project management experience with tools like ClickUp Jira or similar Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT Claude Notion AI etc.) to automate PM workflows Proven ability to uncover true customer pain points and translate them into actionable backlogs Relentless commitment to quality—every release is tested documented and production-ready Flexibility to manage projects across multiple industries and time zones Availability to start immediately (or within 2 weeks of offer) Why This Role Matters Your leadership won’t just keep projects moving—it will transform AI potential into real-world impact for clients around the globe.
