Description | WHAT YOU’LL DO: Full employee lifecycle support—from participating in interviews and onboarding to offboarding. Conducting regular 1-1 meetings providing feedback and recommendations to managers and assisting with the adaptation of new managers. Working with HR analytics (turnover PP closure analysis of eNPS results etc.) and participating in the Performance Review process. Organizing and supporting employees in all processes: mentoring training rotation termination and rehiring. Working with BambooHR (approving time off making operational changes) and Jira (managing and assigning tasks). Cross-functional interaction with L&D Communication Talent Acquisition and Helpdesk departments. Organizing online team activities. Participating in other HR projects and initiatives. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Experience as an HR People Partner/Manager/Generalist for at least 2 years. Organization and structure: ability to meet deadlines without reminders and independently plan your work. Proactivity: initiating and proposing ideas rather than waiting for ready instructions. Ability and desire to connect with different people—conducting 1-1 meetings exit interviews and challenging conversations. Experience interacting with managers and providing consultations. Knowledge of HR processes metrics and experience managing the full employee lifecycle. English at a confident conversational Intermediate+ level—there will be communication with foreigners. Experience with HRM systems (BambooHR/PeopleForce/Hurma) drafting instructions and policies as well as communication messages. Nice to have: Experience in an IT company affinity for numbers and Excel (Google Sheets) experience organizing online team-building events and conducting surveys.
