What you'll do We're looking for a Control Desk & Credit Analyst to join our Credit team and help us maintain the integrity of Clara’s credit decision-making processes. In this role you'll ensure that every prospect meets our compliance standards conduct in-depth financial analyses and contribute to continuous process improvements. You will: Verify that all prospects comply with legal cash flow credit score and risk assessment requirements Manage onboarding processes including KYC KYB AML checks credit score validation and credit origination Analyze customer financial conditions and assess creditworthiness Propose credit limits based on risk analysis Review and challenge first-line credit risk models Identify propose and implement process improvements Support credit bureau audits and operational improvement initiatives Collaborate closely with the Sales team to address customer credit needs Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus not a requirement. Must haves At least 2 years of experience in credit or collection activities Working proficiency in English and Spanish (English will be evaluated) High analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to perform both detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses Comfortable working under pressure and handling repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Google Sheets (filters pivot tables formulas) Nice to haves Experience with Google Drive Hubspot or Zendesk Ability to create flowcharts and presentations Adaptability to shifting priorities and short-term deliverables Interest in or experience with AI tools to automate workflows Basic Portuguese or willingness to learn Why join Clara At Clara you’ll have the autonomy speed and support to make meaningful impact — not just on your team but on how organizations are run across Latin America.
