The Role: Finance and Billing Associate Imagine being the go-to person who ensures payroll is on time financial records are accurate and client invoices are managed seamlessly. You won’t just be crunching numbers—you’ll be streamlining workflows analyzing data handling client billing and supporting leadership with insights that drive smarter decisions. As an Accountant at ClearDesk you’ll work across payroll client invoicing analysis and process improvement. You’ll handle invoice adjustments process refunds and manage subscription-related billing all while keeping accuracy and compliance front and center. Manage and issue client invoices with precision. Handle invoice adjustments refunds and subscription billing tasks. Maintain accurate payroll and billing records. Analyze data to improve accounting and invoicing processes. Respond promptly to payroll billing and subscription-related inquiries. Support audits with accurate documentation. Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role: You have 2+ years of experience in accounting payroll and billing. You’re detail-oriented highly organized and adaptable. You’re proficient in Excel and familiar with billing platforms (e.g. Chargebee Maxio etc.). You can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
