Social Media Manager - Internship We are seeking internship candidates for a Social Media Manager role to oversee grow and engage our global online community. This role will be responsible for managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms ensuring consistent voice branding and alignment with our mission to promote global healing and spiritual awareness. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on blending creativity with data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies (Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube LinkedIn etc.). Plan schedule and publish daily content aligned with campaign goals. Create engaging posts short-form videos stories and reels to grow followers and engagement. Manage paid ad campaigns track performance and optimize ROI. Oversee community engagement including responding to comments DMs and questions in a timely supportive way. Partner with designers content creators and event teams to align messaging. Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Stay current with trends algorithms and new platform features to maximize reach and engagement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Media or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for an organization brand or influencer. Strong knowledge of social media algorithms engagement strategies and ad platforms. Skilled in copywriting content curation and trend adaptation. Proficient with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Meta Business Suite). Experience with analytics & reporting tools (Meta Insights Google Analytics etc.).
