Now we’re looking for a Head of Product to drive growth product value and strategic execution across our flagship product line — dbForge. Your mission You’ll lead the product vision roadmap and delivery — working closely with engineering marketing and sales to improve product performance user adoption and market position. Your responsibilities - Define and evolve product strategy roadmap and pricing models. Prioritize initiatives based on impact user needs and business goals. Drive execution with cross-functional teams (PM engineering marketing). Build a strong product analytics system and measure performance. Ensure product scalability UX quality and high delivery standards. Support GTM and sales with positioning demos and customer feedback loops. We’re looking for someone who - Has 5+ years of experience with relational DBs (SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle). Knows how to lead cross-functional teams and scale product operations. Has experience in product & engineering leadership including CI/CD SDLC desktop software (Windows). Can connect tech and business strategy make data-driven decisions. Brings strong product thinking UX understanding and a growth mindset. Would be a plus: experience in a Head of Product / Product Lead role knowledge of software architecture experience with complex desktop systems.
