| Description | Company Description Event Intelligence provides forward-looking event data for the travel industry helping hotels maximize revenue and prospect new sales leads. Our solutions benefit sales and revenue management teams by allowing them to prospect events and event organizers fill guestrooms and meeting spaces and plan strategically and tactically. Role Description We are looking for a Head of Event Data to lead our Content Team. This is a part-time remote position (ideally based in Hungary) where you will oversee our team of 12 data researchers. You will manage daily workflows assign tasks ensure deadlines are met and improve how we collect and manage event data. You’ll also work closely with our sales team and CTO to make sure our data supports client needs and our product continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 12 content/data researchers. Assign and track daily and monthly tasks to meet deadlines. Plan team schedules and monthly goals. Work with budgets and track efficiency. Develop new ways to collect and improve event data. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and align data with client needs. Work with the CTO to improve processes and tools. Qualifications Experience leading an administartion research or data team. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with budgets and performance tracking. Good communication and teamwork skills. Experience in data research or event-related industries is a plus. Based in or near Hungary preferred but remote applicants are welcome. |
