The Remote Administrative Processing Clerk will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks that support our operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be proficient in various software applications. Responsibilities: Process and manage administrative documents and forms efficiently and accurately. Input update and maintain data in our digital systems and databases. Assist in preparing reports and documents as required. Respond to inquiries and provide information to team members and clients. Organize and maintain electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve workflow. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent additional education or certification in administration is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and familiar with cloud-based applications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The pay range for this role is: 29 - 31 USD per hour(Remote (Bellevue Washington US)) |
