We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and managing data in our systems ensuring accuracy and integrity of information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of data and supporting various departments with their data entry needs. Responsibilities: Accurately input update and maintain data in our databases and systems. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry. Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies. Generate and prepare reports as required by management. Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and best practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure data is entered in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection protocols. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role. Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills both written and verbal. The pay range for this role is: 28 - 35 USD per hour(Remote (Augusta Georgia US)) |
