Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can connect with customers across various communication channels—chat calls and virtual sessions—and offer timely resolutions. This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic self-motivated and ready to learn. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via chat calls and virtual meetings based on the situation. Understand customer needs and provide accurate efficient solutions. Exhibit active listening and maintain a helpful and friendly tone. Log interactions and follow up on customer concerns when necessary. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and strategic support. Requirements 0–6 months of relevant experience (Freshers encouraged to apply). Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English—both spoken and written. A problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach. Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric attitude.
