No prior IT experience is required — just a strong eye for detail fluent German and English and a willingness to learn. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a real AI product used in recruiting without doing technical tasks or sourcing candidates. What You'll Be Doing Review real job search queries and analyze AI-generated job posting results. Label postings for relevance and application likelihood using clear HR-based rules. Ensure quality of data by performing checks and flagging unclear cases. Collaborate with the client’s team in German (written and spoken). Work in secure digital environments with full remote flexibility. Complete around 20–30 workdays of annotation during Summer 2025. Requirements ### You’re a great fit if you: Have 0–1 years of experience in recruiting HR support or people operations. Want to get your first step into IT or the AI field using your HR background. Speak German and English fluently. Like working with structured information and following clear instructions. Are curious self-organized and ready to work remotely. No tech background? No problem! You’ll get onboarding support and will use intuitive tools.
