The Role: As a Case Manager you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients as they navigate the claims process. This is a fully remote position with regular phone communication with clients and virtual collaboration with colleagues. You’ll be responsible for: Guiding clients through each step of their VA disability claim Ensuring deadlines are met and case documentation is accurate and complete Drafting letters and appeals for attorney review Communicating effectively with attorneys support staff and clients Collaborating with a close-knit team to achieve shared goals What We’re Looking For Prior experience in a legal office is required Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong interpersonal and phone communication abilities Comfortable with technology and remote tools (Zoom Microsoft Teams shared drives virtual desktops) Proficiency in word processing and case management software A team player who thrives in a collaborative goal-oriented environment Why Join Us?
