DescriptionThis position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of CSI Pharmacy. We are currently looking for an HR Specialist - Employee Engagement in the United States. We are seeking a proactive HR Specialist focused on employee engagement to join a dynamic remote-friendly team. In this role you will coordinate recognition programs manage vendor partnerships and drive initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. You will interact with employees across multiple departments ensuring onboarding retention and recognition efforts are executed effectively. This position provides an opportunity to contribute to a supportive workplace culture implement innovative engagement strategies and play a key role in programs that foster employee satisfaction and connection.
