Job Summary: Luxor is the leading software and services provider to the bitcoin mining industry. The Business Operations & Strategy Analyst will work closely with the Director of Business Operations & Strategy to improve workflows across business lines manage CRM systems and support various operational functions. Responsibilities: • You will wear many hats in this role driving impact across the company • Manage and maintain Luxor’s CRM (HubSpot) ensuring data accuracy proper workflows and connection to analytics/KPIs across multiple business lines • Support contract lifecycle management • Optimize efficiency of existing business lines and operational processes through automation and/or development of internal tools • Build KPI tracking/analytics using our internal databases and external data sources to drive insights for sales marketing and strategy • Secondarily support other business operations functions which may include legal AML compliance operational security & managing Luxor’s fleet of self-mining ASICs Qualifications: Required: • Background in operations data analytics finance or related business experience • Experience with CRMs and business productivity tools (Google Sheets Docs etc.) • Working knowledge of SQL • Strong interest or familiarity with AI tools including but not limited to flagship LLM models coding agents and automation/workflow agents • Familiarity with key commercial terms of legal contracts • Strong attention to detail resourcefulness and willingness to learn • Strong interest in Bitcoin Mining industry Preferred: • HubSpot preferred • Python preferred Company: Luxor Technology is compute power company building blockchain infrastructure to support the next generation of digital assets.
