Role Overview We are seeking a high-energy and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our EMEA team with a focus on the UK & Ireland region. In this role you will help aggressively curate and qualify leads identify whitespace accounts and create early-stage opportunities for our IT services business. You will support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and outbound sales initiatives working closely with regional sales teams to build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline and unlock new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Aggressively identify curate and qualify high-potential leads across target industries - Conduct detailed research to map buyer personas identify decision-makers and gather actionable intelligence - Create and manage targeted outreach campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Crunchbase and DiscoverOrg - Execute outbound prospecting via email phone and social platforms to drive interest and generate meetings - Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies by developing account insights contact lists and personalized outreach - Engage prospects through needs analysis to uncover pain points and align with Kellton's service offerings - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and help convert leads into qualified sales opportunities - Maintain accurate records and engagement history in internal tools and marketing platforms - Draft and refine outreach assets including phone scripts email templates and LinkedIn messages - Ensure all lead generation activities follow GDPR and data compliance standards Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field - 1-3 years of lead generation inside sales or demand generation experience preferably in IT services or B2B tech - Strong understanding of outbound lead generation cold outreach and ABM methodologies - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation targets - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Knowledge of GDPR compliance in lead generation activities - Self-starter with a bias for action creativity and a collaborative attitude Job Types: Full-time Permanent Pay: €27000.00-€30000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Private medical insurance Work from home Work Location: Remote |
