Job Description As a Community Growth Manager you will be responsible for building and nurturing our global crypto community with a strong focus on platforms like Telegram. You will create engagement strategies coordinate community campaigns and serve as the voice of LCX across key ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone deeply embedded in the Web3 and DeFi space with a strong belief in our mission and products. Key Responsibilities Community Management: Lead daily activity and moderation in LCX’s official Telegram and other community channels. Campaign Execution: Plan and host community events such as AMAs quizzes and themed campaigns to drive participation. Engagement & Support: Respond to user questions surface product feedback and maintain a welcoming and helpful environment. Growth & Advocacy: Implement growth strategies to attract new users and empower existing members to become ambassadors. Content & Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to publish updates announcements and educational content. Sentiment Analysis: Track community sentiment and report on trends identifying areas for improvement and alignment with product goals. Zealy/Quest Campaigns: Coordinate community quests and reward campaigns via platforms like Zealy to boost engagement. Requirements 2+ years of experience in crypto or Web3 community management. Deep understanding of DeFi tokenized ecosystems and blockchain-native platforms. Proficiency in managing Telegram Discord and similar real-time communication platforms. Familiarity with tools like Zealy Crew3 Galxe or similar. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
