Location: Redmond WashingtonJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $28 - 32 per hourWe're looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join a leading tech company's WorkLab team. This is a part-time contract role with a flexible schedule offering between 10-30 hours per week depending on project needs. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the conversation around the future of work by creating compelling visual content. The position is 100% remote but you must be able to work on a Pacific Time Zone schedule.This role is a great fit for a visual storyteller who can transform complex research insights into simple elegant and engaging designs. Your work will be highly visible contributing to external thought leadership and internal communications for a global audience. This contract has a strong possibility of extension.Responsibilities: Presentation Design (40%): Craft brand-aligned presentations for executive audiences and external thought leadership talks using PowerPoint or Keynote. Marketing Campaign Assets (40%): Design static and motion graphics for editorial content social media campaigns and other marketing initiatives. Production and Meetings (20%): Contribute to a design system by creating and maintaining marketing-focused components in Figma and collaborating with the team in meetings. Qualifications Experience: Ideally 3-5 years of professional design experience though we will consider 2-4+ years for candidates with an exceptional portfolio. Portfolio: A strong portfolio is required showcasing your work in presentation design editorial layout information graphics and/or marketing assets. Software Proficiency 2+ years of experience with PowerPoint or Keynote. 2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop After Effects). 1+ years of experience with Figma. A strong portfolio is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing presentations for executive-level stakeholders. Expertise in typography layout and editorial design. Experience with motion design including micro-animations and explainer graphics. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. A curiosity for integrating AI tools into your design workflow. Skills: You'll be measured on the quality of your work your ability to meet deadlines and your overall communication.
