| Description | Paid Ads & SEO Specialist – Full-Time (Remote) We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Ads & SEO Specialist to take ownership of our digital advertising and organic search strategies. If you thrive in performance marketing understand CRM and automation and know how to optimize content for maximum visibility this role is for you! Location: Remote – Can be based anywhere in the world Languages: Must have excellent written and verbal English skillsKey Responsibilities:✅ Paid Ads Management • Develop and execute a comprehensive media plan across Google Ads Meta Ads TikTok Ads and other relevant platforms with support from the Marketing Manager. • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns to drive conversions and reduce acquisition costs.✅ SEO & Website Optimization • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and boost website traffic. • Provide website support when urgent help is needed.✅ CRM & Performance Analytics • Leverage CRM and automation tools to enhance customer engagement and retention. • Provide daily reports and insights on ad performance making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. • Stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
