As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier . How you will contribute A Talent Sourcer who excels in this role will: Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and craft innovative sourcing strategies. Use advanced search techniques and creative outreach to build strong pipelines of passive and active candidates. Conduct cold calls and structured screenings to assess candidate fit. Analyze market trends and sourcing metrics to continuously improve strategies. Collaborate on recruitment marketing efforts and media planning. Maintain a network of potential candidates and promote our organization as an employer of choice. Perform advanced candidates search techniques with only a search engine and use of AI or open-source intelligence. What we're looking for 3-5 years of outbound sourcing or recruitment experience (prefer at last 1 year in healthcare and registered nurse sourcing). Bachelor's degree in Communications Sales Marketing HR or related field. Expertise in Boolean search CRM/ATS platforms and social media sourcing. Strong communication skills and a knack for crafting compelling value propositions. Self-driven organized and results-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
