As a Sales Representative you will engage with clients to understand their needs provide product demonstrations and develop tailored solutions that enhance their business operations. Duties Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Manage assigned territories by developing and executing strategic plans for lead generation and territory management. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities manage customer relationships and analyze sales performance. Engage in direct sales efforts including cold calling potential clients and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. Provide product demos to showcase features and benefits that meet client needs. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Maintain strong customer service standards while addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Experience Proven experience in B2B sales or outside sales roles is preferred. Familiarity with technology sales including technical products or services is a plus. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Background in account management or territory sales management is beneficial. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Demonstrated ability in lead generation and direct sales strategies. Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales can also be advantageous.
