DescriptionLoop Community is looking for a Content and Catalog Manager to join our team. As the Content and Catalog Manager you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning production and optimization of our music content catalog. This role ensures customers have access to the right content by leveraging data insights overseeing content workflows and maintaining high standards of backend data integrity. In addition to managing cross-functional teams and system efficiencies the role supports global expansion initiatives strengthens industry partnerships and drives the growth of the Loop Community Producers brand. Reporting directly to the President the Content and Catalog Manager also leads special projects that align with the company’s broader strategic goals. What You Will Be Doing: Analyzing data to inform strategies ensuring customers have access to the most relevant content songs patches sounds and charts across our product eco-system. Overseeing the content production and processing teams ensuring content is regularly posted for sale by established deadlines. Optimizing the content catalog by cleaning up the backend song data implementing efficiencies developing new backend features and identifying and posting content that is unpublished. Maintaining high data integrity and consistency within our backend catalog to ensure organized and accurate content management. Developing and maintaining strong industry relationships and engaging in strategic partner meetings to drive efficient content inflows that align with business objectives. Identifying growth opportunities in global markets and implementing strategies to serve the global market and increase international revenue streams. Overseeing the Loop Community “producers” brand and implementing strategies to strengthen and optimize the growth and engagement of our producer teams. Managing various ad hoc projects assigned. What Makes You Qualified: 2+ years of experience in project management. Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Confident working with and learning new technologies. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Proven ability to analyze and manage data and systems. Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills proven ability to work with diverse teams and able to build strong working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to solve problems and make thoughtful recommendations based on business understanding. Strong leadership skills and an ability to motivate team members to successfully meet assigned objectives. Ability to identify develop and deploy business strategies to support market growth. Experience and understanding of music publishing.
