| Description | Job Summary: We are an SLP-owned therapy company seeking a dedicated 100% virtual Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our team. The Speech & Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) is responsible for providing treatment for students with disorders of speech language and hearing via telepractice. The SLPA shall be under the supervision of a licensed speech and language pathologist. Pediatric experience teletherapy experience and public school experience required. This position is 100% virtual and the SLPA can work from home from any state. An active California SLPA license is required to apply. SLPAs who are located outside of California must also be licensed in the state where they will work. Applicants must be available to work at least 2 - 3 partial days per week during the school year beginning in September 2025. The position hours are expected to grow throughout the school year. The SLPA can arrange their own schedule so long as they make themselves available for several blocks of time between 10:30AM - 5:00PM PST during the school week. Duties: - Conduct virtual speech language therapy sessions with students on a videoconferencing platform (individual and group therapy sessions) - Schedule sessions with families and communicate with families teachers and case managers regarding student schedule and participation - Follow IEP (with guidance of supervising SLP) to accurate implement students' speech services and goals - Document all sessions and activities in a timely and accurate manner (same day) - Consult with supervising SLP to provide SLP with accurate and relevant data and to modify treatment plan as required - Perform other related duties as required This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and contribute to enhancing individuals' quality of life through improved communication skills.
