| Description | Our customer is hiring a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / BI Engineer — with at least 3-5 years of experience. This is a contract-based position (1 year) with the possibility of extension. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs design data-driven solutions and develop business intelligence reports and dashboards. Candidates must reside in Puerto Rico or the United States experience in telecommunications (Telco) companies is highly preferred. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst Data Analyst or BI Engineer. Strong skills in creating and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards using Cognos Power BI or Tableau. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights. Solid understanding of data modeling ETL processes and relational databases. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction transformation and analysis. Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation/cleansing. Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in Telco industry is a strong plus.
