As a Remote Data Entry Or File Clerk at Mother Home Care you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare operations by ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining organized filing systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to data integrity will help us provide exceptional care to our clients. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update patient information in our electronic health records system. Maintain and organize digital files ensuring easy retrieval of documents when needed. Perform data verification and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering queries and managing correspondence. Adhere to confidentiality and data protection protocols at all times. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role preferably in the healthcare industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong time management and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of healthcare terminology and practices. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
