We invite individuals with a strong interest in blockchain and a talent for approaching problems from unique perspectives to join us in shaping the future of this dynamic field.We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and dependable Senior Payroll Specialist  to join our Accounting team. This role will own the end-to-end payroll process for our U.S. employees and international team members across multiple countries working in partnership with our EOR providers. You’ll be the connective tissue between Accounting and HR ensuring seamless timely and compliant payroll processing along with managing benefits administration financial perks and payroll-linked reimbursements. ➡ What you'll do: ➡ Manage bi-weekly and monthly payroll cycles for U.S. and international employees using our EOR providers ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and internal policies and that all submissions approvals and funding are on timePartner with HR to incorporate new hires terminations compensation changes and one-time payments into payroll runsServe as the first point of contact for employee questions related to payroll pay statements or payroll-related tax items and coordinate with the appropriate EOR or internal team to resolve issues promptly.Own payroll audit processes and maintain clean organized payroll recordsEnsure that employee reimbursements (e.g. out-of-pocket expenses stipends) are accurately submitted and paid out with payroll in alignment with our policiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders on annual processes such as benefits renewals payroll tax filings and total rewards auditsSupport the administration of U.S. and international employee benefits including enrollments renewals and monthly reconciliationsHelp manage financial perks and stipends (e.g. wellness stipends learning budgets) ensuring accurate processing and alignment with company policyAssist Accounting Manager with booking any payroll related month end journal entriesMaintain payroll reconciliations of balance sheet accounts Who you are: ➡ Fast-moving curious and collaborative.
