POSITION SUMMARY Premier Truck Rental (PTR) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcer/Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team! This role leans heavily into sourcing passive candidates and building strong pipelines while also supporting select full cycle recruiting efforts. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs source top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into sourcing tools getting creative with outreach and helping teams find the right talent quickly. RESPONSIBILITIES Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards resume databases and referrals. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies. Manage job postings and maintain up-to-date requisitions. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Greenhouse). Support full cycle recruiting for select roles (interview coordination offers candidate experience). Deliver pipeline updates market insights and status reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Help improve recruiting processes and support ad hoc projects. Other duties assigned. REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVE 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting (agency RPO or in-house). Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Proven success working in a remote environment. Proven success sourcing for a variety of roles (tech sales service business ops). Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to organize skills assessment centers (Predictive Index etc.). Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Represent the PTR brand with professionalism enthusiasm and a strong sense of urgency. Act as the full-cycle recruiter on assigned roles—handling sourcing interviewing scheduling offers and candidate management. Provide a positive and efficient experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process. NICE TO HAVE Prior experience recruiting for roles in utilities construction trucking logistics or fleet services. Prior experience with high-volume recruiting. Experience using Greenhouse LinkedIn Recruiter Monday.com Teams etc. Bachelor's degree in HR Business Communications or a related field. LOCATION Remote USA (Central / Eastern Time Zone Preferred) COMPENSATION $30–$40 per hour/1099 contract based on experience and location. This role has the potential to convert to a full-time position after 6 months of strong proven performance.
