Clients return and freelancers grow with us. ### Your Role as a Freelance Talent Sourcer As a Remote Freelance Talent Sourcer you’ll be assigned live IT vacancies and receive a curated list of potential candidates through our AI-driven ATS. Your mission? Engage convince and convert candidates for the roles at hand. You'll work on profiles such as: Software Engineers (Backend / Fullstack / Cloud) DevOps Specialists (CI/CD Kubernetes Terraform Azure) Data Engineers (ETL Big Data Python Spark) Security Consultants (Risk Compliance Cloud Security Pentesting) Use any outreach method that fits your style: LinkedIn messaging video outreach voice notes or direct calls .
