You’ll uncover hidden talent build outstanding sourcing pipelines and turn data-driven insights into high-quality hires — all while keeping speed precision and candidate experience at the core. ➡ Tasks: ➡ Identify and attract top talent using diverse sourcing techniques and platforms.Conduct market research within the online trading and related industries to identify target companies and talent pools.Create and maintain organizational charts for key target companies.Initiate and manage initial outreach and communication with prospective candidates.Develop tailored sourcing strategies for each open position.Identify and implement new sourcing channels support and enhance employee referral programs.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database.Compile and present regular sourcing reports and analytics to the team. Requirements: ➡ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. At least 1 year of experience in a similar sourcing or recruitment role.Proficiency with modern sourcing tools platforms and Boolean search.English and Russian proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.Solid communication skills and a proactive approach.
