Responsibilities Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage contacts and track interactions. Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of our products. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from appointment setting to sales presentations. Maintain accurate records of calls appointments and client interactions within the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends and technology solutions to effectively engage prospects. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales telemarketing or inside sales is preferred. Familiarity with small businesess and local businesses is a plus. Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written. Experience using CRM software (Salesforce or similar) for managing leads and tracking sales activities. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Demonstrated skills in business development marketing and outbound calling strategies. A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results through effective appointment generation.
