As we continue to expand we are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing data related to product performance and marketing effectiveness. This role requires a strong analytical mindset proficiency in data manipulation and visualization and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in both product and marketing analytics enabling them to support cross-functional teams in making data-driven decisions.   Responsibilities: Analyze product data to identify trends patterns and opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Evaluate marketing campaign performance providing insights into effectiveness and ROI.  Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both product and marketing teams. Extract clean and manipulate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.  Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize product features and marketing strategies.  Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights. Perform customer segmentation analysis to better understand user behavior and target marketing efforts.  Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance user experience and increase customer engagement.  Utilize statistical methods and tools to identify and predict trends in product usage and market response.  Communicate findings and insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders through presentations reports and visualizations. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in product and marketing analytics.   Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science Statistics Marketing Business or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.  Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on both product and marketing analytics.  Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python R or similar.  Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI). Strong understanding of statistical analysis A/B testing and experimental design. Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Amplitude).  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.  Experience with customer segmentation and predictive modeling is a plus.  Knowledge of product management tools and methodologies is a plus.   Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.  Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark) is a plus.
