Description | We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Edtech Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our adult education platform. The ideal candidate will manage the entire student lifecycle educator coordination and franchise operations including training support and quality assurance. This role requires strong leadership exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences at scale. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete student journey from onboarding through course completion ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Coordinate with educators and instructors to schedule classes monitor teaching quality and support continuous improvement. Develop and implement training programs for franchise partners to maintain operational standards and brand consistency. Oversee franchise management activities including compliance reporting and performance tracking. Liaise cross-functionally with product marketing and customer success teams to align operational efforts with company goals. Implement and optimize operational processes workflows and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student retention educator satisfaction and franchise growth. Resolve operational issues promptly and foster a collaborative transparent communication culture across stakeholders. Manage vendor and third-party relationships relevant to platform delivery and franchise support. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards in education delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education Business Administration or related field Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management within edtech education or franchise environments. Strong knowledge of adult education principles online learning platforms and franchise operations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Demonstrated leadership capabilities managing cross-functional teams and external partners. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital tools for learning management CRM data reporting and communications. Preferred Traits: Problem solver with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
