We believe that the future of work is defined by flexibility location independence and should be built around the new needs of our clients our teams and our people.   Impact:  We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead Project Agora’s/Taboola’s growth in the Slovakian and Czech market.   Based in Athens (Greece) Prague (Czech Republic) or Bratislava (Slovakia).     Key Responsibilities:   Understand the value of Project Agora's & Taboola’s Media competitive offering and articulate its benefits in a manner meaningful to prospects and clients.   Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish Taboola and Project Agora as key players in Slovakia’s digital advertising landscape.  Identify approach and engage new clients (Media Agencies & Brands) through in-depth discovery sessions customized proposals and compelling presentations that showcase Taboola’s value proposition.  Build and maintain a large pipeline of opportunities (Media Agencies & Brands) by conducting market research leveraging industry connections and pursuing high-potential leads.  Build long-term client relationships with clients (Brands and Agencies) act as their strategic media advisor to ensure client retention.   Take ownership and overview of campaign execution for client accounts.   Work closely with internal teams including Advertiser Success and Product to deliver a superior client experience and continuously optimize performance.  Provide trustworthy feedback data-driven Business Review presentations and upsell opportunities to enhance client relationships.   Utilize reporting tools to monitor sales performance track client revenue growth and prepare insightful business review presentations to drive upsell opportunities.  Stay ahead of trends in AdTech and digital media to position Taboola and Project Agora as thought leaders and trusted partners in the Slovakian & Czech market.  We’re looking for someone who:   Native Slovakian speaker   Has 3-5 years of sales experience within the Media or Digital Advertising ecosystem in Slovakia  Has a good understanding of the Digital media landscape (Brands & Agencies) in Slovakia   Holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing Communication or Business related field.    Has a significant success in media sales and revenue growth with a specific focus on digital display/PPC Campaigns.   Demonstrates outstanding listening negotiation presentation communication and account management skills.    Is able to identify opportunities presented by clients and prospects and turn them into business.  Displays strong consultative sales skills and passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships and closing new business.  Is proficient in nurturing and managing client relationships to foster enduring partnerships.    Has an ownership mindset - We are in a rapid growth stage!
