Right now we’re growing our Customer Support team and looking for an English speaking Support Agent based in Sydney Australia . 🎉 The CS Team on our company trip to Spain About the Role: As a member of our Customer Support team you’ll be the voice of Teamtailor helping users and making sure they have a great experience every time they reach out. We're proud of our fast response times (average 2 minutes) and a 98% customer satisfaction score. 🤩 Your mission? Deliver exceptional support solve real problems and make sure our customers leave every interaction with a smile.
