About the Role As a remote Business Development Specialist you’ll be responsible for lead generation client acquisition and strategic account development. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and building relationships to closing deals and driving repeat business. This 100% work from home opportunity allows you to make a direct impact on our revenue growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Development: Identify target and develop relationships within agreed market segments and key accounts by crafting tailored proposals and nurturing long-term repeat business relationships. New Business Hunting & Relationship Building: Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling email outreach and networking to build partnerships that drive steady long-term sales growth while collaborating with Marketing to align funnels messaging and lead scoring strategies. Market Research & Intelligence: Monitor market trends customer needs competitor positioning and emerging sales channels to provide actionable insights that refine go-to-market strategies and sales offers delivering concise updates to management. Reporting & Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM data integrity and sales pipeline updates analyzing data to identify sales opportunities mitigate risks and deliver weekly performance reports and forecasts. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Business Management (BBM) 2-3 years of established track record as a Business Developer Proven sales experience in premium consumer goods interior/lifestyle products or hospitality solutions Strong negotiation and closing skills Comfortable with both B2C consultative selling and B2B account development Self-driven with a hunter mentality Experience in working with affluent/middle-class markets preferred Why Join Us?
