| Description | Junior QA Engineer experienced in manual testing in Europe (Full remote) for the European Commission Detail-oriented Manual Quality Assurance Engineer with 3+ years of experience in testing mobile and web applications responsible for ensuring software quality by manually testing applications without relying on automation scripts. The ideal candidate will have strong exploratory and regression testing skills experience with multi-tenant systems and role-based access control (RBAC) and the ability to test Flutter-based apps acrossiOS Android and Web. Must own Android and iPhone devices for testing. Required strong English communication skills (B2+). Additional expected skills include: documenting bugs clearly (steps screenshots logs) maintaining structured test documentation and ensuring release readiness. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform REST API testing or Linux-based systems (e.g. Raspberry Pi) is a plus. Location: Offsite. Essential Skills: 3+ years of manual QA testing for mobile and web applications. Skilled in exploratory testing and regression risk identification. Familiarity with multi-tenant systems and role-based access control. Ability to test Flutter-based apps across platforms (iOS Android Web). Must own Android and iPhone test devices. Strong English communication skills (B2 level or above). Expected Skills: Experience testing complex user flows and validating functional behavior.
