| Description | General Purpose: We are seeking a QA Engineer to design develop and maintain a Selenium-based test automation framework that supports Salesforce ServiceNow and other enterprise applications across our cloud and on-premise environments. Reporting to the QA Manager this role will be instrumental in expanding automation coverage improving testing efficiency and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The QA Engineer will collaborate with development DevOps and project teams to integrate automated testing into our CI/CD processes providing a reliable and scalable QA function across the organization. Direct Reports: No Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design develop and maintain a Selenium-based test automation framework for regression functional and integration testing. Create and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce ServiceNow and other enterprise applications. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable test coverage for each release. Collaborate with the QA Manager to align automation initiatives with QA strategy and best practices. Maintain test documentation including test cases plans and results. Identify and track defects working with developers and project teams to ensure timely resolution. Participate in continuous improvement efforts optimizing test coverage and automation processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science software engineering information technology or equivalent work experience. 3–5 years of experience in QA or Test Automation roles. Proven experience with Selenium and building automated test scripts. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies testing strategies and automation best practices. Experience testing SaaS applications particularly Salesforce and ServiceNow. Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python Java or JavaScript). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-platform environment. Other Qualifications: Experience with API testing (Postman REST Assured) and performance testing. Exposure to cloud infrastructure environments (AWS Azure or GCP).
