We help online sellers simplify operations with expert sourcing prep and 3PL services from our Houston warehouse. Position Summary We are hiring a Remote Lead Generation Specialist to drive top-of-funnel growth. Your mission is to find qualify and pass on e-commerce brands and Amazon sellers in need of fulfillment services. You will build and maintain a consistent stream of prospects by leveraging digital tools outreach strategies and smart targeting. Key Responsibilities ✅ Prospecting & Outreach Identify e-commerce stores Amazon FBA/FBM sellers dropshippers and digital brands across the U.S. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo.io Crunchbase and online seller directories to build targeted prospect lists. Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via email LinkedIn and other platforms. Qualify leads through initial conversations and pass hot leads to our sales team. ✅ Database Management Maintain and enrich lead databases in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho). Track lead sources notes and next steps to ensure follow-through and organization. ✅ Collaboration Coordinate with the digital marketing and sales team to align messaging and targeting. Report weekly on lead volume conversion rates and campaign performance. Ideal Candidate 2+ years of experience in lead generation or B2B prospecting (e-commerce/logistics/SaaS preferred). Strong research and outreach skills. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central Shopify or e-commerce business models is a strong plus. Tools-savvy: experience with LinkedIn cold email platforms and CRMs. Self-motivated consistent and organized.
