This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity autonomy and collaboration while delivering results.What You’ll Do Source pre-screen and submit candidates for a variety of roles both technical and non-technical. Engage with candidates through creative and strategic communication across different platforms (LinkedIn Slack GitHub etc.). Guide candidates through the initial stages of the recruitment process including evaluation assessments. Build talent pipelines and proactively identify new channels to discover top talent. Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate details and progress. Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sourcing strategies. What Success Looks LikeYour key performance indicators (KPIs) will focus on: The quality of candidates you source and present. The number of successful hires that start each month. Our Evaluation ProcessCandidates can expect the following steps: Video Submission: Submit a short video answering questions about your experience and interests. Initial Screening: A 15-minute interview with our Talent Sourcer to assess English fluency and suitability. Toggl Assessment: Complete an English and recruitment skills assessment. Technical Recruiter Interview: A detailed discussion to evaluate your skills and fit. Cultural Fit Interview: Meet with team members for the final round. Reference Check: Finalize the process with a thorough reference check. ➡ Requirements 1-2 years of experience in the recruiting field (experience in the technology field is a big plus). Superior English fluency (verbal and written). Experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean searches social platforms etc.) and familiarity with ATS tools. Exceptional communication skills—creative clear and professional. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. A proactive and strategic approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.
