Purpose: The Senior Data Analyst will be part of a growing and dynamic team in Compliance and Risks responsible for planning analysing and supporting operations management in the delivery of our services. Key Responsibilities: KRA 1: Data Analysis Acquire data from multiple sources and maintain data collection systems Analyse and interpret data identifying key insights and trends on business performance Share actionable insights with key stakeholders to drive business decisions on a weekly and monthly basis Compare forecasts with actual data and track key performance indicators with commentary. KRA 2: Reports & Dashboards Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support operations and performance management Create management reports as required for forecasting and strategic decision making while providing advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on decisions. KRA 4: Process Improvement & Project Management Proactively make recommendations that will define process improvements and efficiencies Measure impact of process changes and share findings with operations teams Work with management to prioritise business and information needs as a result of capacity planning and optimising resource utilisation Project Manage changes in process for increased productivity better collaboration or increased Customer Satisfaction and retention or similar outcomes. KRA 5: Gainsight Administration Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Gainsight NXT platform providing in-depth knowledge and best practices for its configuration administration and utilization to support Customer Success operations. Translate business requirements into technical specifications within Gainsight designing and implementing solutions such as playbooks CTAs reports dashboards and surveys to optimize the customer journey and improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success Sales Marketing and Product to understand their data and reporting needs ensuring Gainsight effectively integrates with other business systems such as HubSpot and Zendesk. Develop and maintain Gainsight analytics and reporting providing actionable insights into customer health product adoption retention trends and the overall effectiveness of Customer Success initiatives to key stakeholders. Translate platform capabilities into benefit-led narratives that resonate across personas and funnel stages. Use customer interviews competitive intel and market research to guide messaging and adapt to evolving regulatory and tech landscapes. Build a library of customer proof points and impact stories — client quotes success metrics and use cases that validate our value. Ensure consistent positioning across all channels by partnering with Content Digital and GTM teams. KRA 2: Strategic Go To Market Strategies Establish and drive a programmatic approach for launching new products features and regulatory content by defining core processes milestones and success metrics. Define launch tiers and levels of investment matching effort and tactics to strategic value and business impact. Partner with Product Management to drive GTM planning from concept to launch setting timelines aligning stakeholders and ensuring organizational readiness Partner with Regulatory Content leads to integrate regulatory content roadmaps into GTM planning Implement feedback loops and post-launch reviews to capture learnings assess performance and continuously improve GTM effectiveness. KRA 3: Product Marketing Collateral Develop product marketing collateral (e.g. website copy solution briefs blogs white papers webinars videos data sheets) that clearly communicates the platform’s value. Create and maintain high-impact sales tools and assets including pitch decks FAQs battle cards and messaging guides to support consistent and effective selling. Equip the sales team with training and enablement tied to product launches and key messaging updates. Represent and evangelize the platform at trade shows and events ensuring demos and talk tracks are accurate compelling and aligned with messaging. KRA 4:Stakeholder Management Work closely with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing to help enable them to create effective campaigns. Build strong relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams internal and external from Product Sales Business Development and Public Relations to drive awareness and alignment Partner with Marketing Operations for performance metrics and reporting KRA 5: Market Customer & Competitive Research Synthesize customer market and competitive insights to guide product positioning and market differentiation. Leverage primary customer research to understand customer goals pain points and decision drivers. Partner with the Competitive Product Manager to analyze competitors. Support Customer Advisory Panels to gather qualitative insight and validate product direction.
